中身超きめぇ seems to be some sort of Japanese meme regarding Samus, but I can't figure out what it means.

I think "nakami" refers to the inside of her suit (meaning Samus Aran herself); "chou-kime", from what slangy Japanese I know, is a mix of "chou" + "kimeru" used by trendy teenage nanpa-types to loosely mean "I'd totally hit it". I can't come up with a direct translation that doesn't sound really cheesy though.

きめぇ seems more likely a form of きもい(きもちわるい). So it'd be something like:
'What the hell she's all soft!'
'Freaking gross!'

Google shows a comic that might be the source of the meme, or at least one usage of it. post #241163 - a space pirate comments on Samus' sexy exterior, until she strips to take a shower and he freaks out.

That makes more sense.

I beleive that is a pirate, un sure so if some1 know's for sure, tag it as so.
