    According to its description, MS Insanity is a VK community that 'shops anime into real life. For the post itself, well, it could be a visual/language pun, (things on the plate before her are "belyashi", fried meat buns), but it doesn't work in Russian, either - there are multiple comments asking WTF is going on - so I'm pretty sure it is meaningless.

    On a side note, while most of their content is mediocre and isn't a good fit for danbooru, there are some gems like https://pp.vk.me/c629230/v629230702/2f2f7/qdfODZCp8mo.jpg which actually made me laugh :3

    Also, it's just post #2265870 shopped into a photo, but I'm not sure if this should get parent/child relationships as it's unlikely to get approved.
