Hmm, hmm, I gotta say the flagger has a point here but only in one thing: It is supbar. But if it doesn't have any reasons why it is subpar (and if someone wants to tell me what is supbar, don't worry, I can see the flaws), then it is indeed a bad flag.

I'd say overall the image is pretty standard except that her face is too low. The eyes should be in the center of the face between chin and the scalp (sometimes a little higher for artistic style purposes but not much); these are a little more than 2/3 down.

The only reason I flagged it was to return it to the mod queue. You have a history of pretty good posts and this is not something that should be uploaded by a contributor, IMO. Just look through your last 100 uploads and tell me this is not the worst you've uploaded. Perhaps I should have added the words "returning it to moderator queue" in the flag reason.

For those shitting on the flag, here you go: the face is all wrong. The shape is too wide, the eyes are drawn too low. The chin appears to be pushed upwards, giving her a really ugly look. This also makes her neck appear too long, giving her the look of a retarded ostrich. And if you ignore all that, this image adds absolutely nothing new to the 44k Reimu image collection already uploaded here (infact I would definitely put it in the bottom 1k). There's no depth, artistic creativity, nothing here, just an f-ugly expressionless girl staring back. In other words, a 'subpar image'. Which should definitely NOT be pre-approved.

You'll find me saying the same thing, and if you were insane enough to go through my comment and forum history, it'd already be in there somewhere. I apologize for that offending you.
Fixing the neck and redoing the facial proportions still leaves it an uninspiring image. It'd be "fine" and would probably get approved, but it isn't a stand-out image with great coloring, lineart, action, or any eyecatch; it's a girl we've seen tens of thousands of times in her standard form looking at the "camera" with a completely neutral look on her face and a couple ribbons fluttering over...either smoke, cotton fluff, or maybe really huge sleeves.

If someone likes distorted anatomy that makes up the only focus of an image, they're going to have a hard time here. Not an impossible one as some things get along, but harder than otherwise. Gelbooru may be a better fit for them as it pulls Danbooru's uploads and more without any moderation system.

So Provence made an iffy upload. Knowing them, they'll take it as feedback and keep going just fine. It's almost always a third party that gets agitated at the red border of panic.
