Long story short, one shouldn't interfere in Gensokyo's weather. It's not like it would impose any danger to me, but it's better not to provoke some particularly rowdy individuals, and besides, I have other things to doFirst, about the weather.

Stop taking me exclusively as a fire mage! The true flame is used in special cases. Usually I handle things in generic way.
