Since decensored is aliased to the uncensored tag, there's no way to indicate the difference, and the tag -is- generally used only for images that have had censored areas redrawn. I don't think it's asking too much to expect that an image with this tag be a reasonably possible representation of the original, without blatantly fake elements being added like this.
