I'm not entirely sure on the translation of the rest besides "Chen". I tried comparing the writing to Rin's original name and it doesn't particularly look similar enough to be her name.

That isn't the kanji for "Chen" (橙) at all.

Ah, I apologize. I just assumed it was bad handwriting on the artist's part- I've seen the name heavily simplified before.
