I don't think that bad anatomy tag is warranted. The only possible reason I can see is her left hip, but that looks more like a perspective issue. And since there is no background and we don't see where and how exactly she is lying, it's hard to say if there really is an error or not.

The feet are misshapen, unless she has double-height arches. Either she's being depicted with her left leg straight (knee locked) and the other bent and with her feet lined up insinuating that her legs are vastly different lengths or both knees are bent at the same angle and her left thigh is misshapen. Just looking between waist and knee, it basically looks like her left side is being depicted as if she were lying flat on her back viewed straight down while her right side was drawn as if she were on her side about 45deg toward the viewer. The core muscle structure is all messed up; it definitely looks like two pictures were drawn completely separately then sewn together with a smudge/blur tool. This seems to have distorted the hips into the wrong shape and made the hipjoint too low; this also results in her navel being too high up. Her right palm is shaded as if it were convex.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I can't help but admit that this image does have some issues. But, at the same time, I would say that many of them are very minor and common enough that they deserve to be overlooked.
Even with all of its issues it still looks fairly nice, certainly above average compared to the rest of Danbooru, so I think that it deserves to stay.

On a somewhat related note, I wish it would've been mandatory to add a comment with explanation every time user adds one of the bad_* tags. It would prevent a lot of misunderstandings and conflicts. And by facilitating discussion it would help to resolve such cases properly.
