According to the wiki for this series, she's a Jagdpanzer IV.

The three vehicles use the same mantlet shape if my WoT experience serves correctly.... actually no the E-25 has a smaller, thinner mantlet.

That mantlet design is pretty common for German TDs, aside from Jadgtiger, IIRC

Was called the "pig's head" mantlet do to the shape of the mantlet and it's resemblance of a pig's head.

According to the game, she's the Jagdpanzer IV Alkett (Jagdpanzer IV L/70(A) )

Yeah, but for tagging purposes, it's just Jagdpanzer IV. It's similar to why the multiple variants of the Panzerkampfwagen IV don't get their own variant tags, to name one example.
