Of course it doesn't look like Cagalli. The only defining characteristics of the SEED characters were there hair style and clothes. She's out of both standards. Asuran happened to have a unique hair color, at least until Dulandal came up.
That's because it is shopped. This was originally a picture for a fake page about a SEED season 3... it originally had Meyrin instead of Cagalli, and the blond-haired boy had red hair instead.
Yo risingdragon... hate to break it to ya, but thats a girl... if I had to guess, just by looking at the two kids, I'd have to say that they're twins... and THEY ARE BOTH GIRLS! trust me, anyone whose ever watched enough anime can tell you just by looking at how the eyes were created wether a character is a girl or a guy..... anime girls ALWAYS tend to have those big, adorable eyes...

Actually this is the original picture the fake picture was really this one with Cagalli's hair color changed, If you looked close enough to the fake picture you could see it was tampered with, but even this isn't the real picture.
