Okay.. Miss Bellum is creeping me out. I know in the series her head was always out of frame.. but.. i'm not seeing it at all.

Pretty sure that's Madame Foster at bottom of frame (sure enough to tag it, certainly). Any other crossovers?

She is from this series. I remember seeing her a couple of times many years ago. You can find her when you search for "powerpuff girls grandma". I don't know if she has an official name though.

Then, given the blatant similarity, I'll leave the tags alone in this image but keep a private headcanon that "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" is a spinoff series :)

I seem to recall those two were one set of a lot of the old CN cartoons linking together.
