Its connected to the web version. And yes, it needs a lottery to get in. Originally 100k slots, increased to 250k.
Edit: BTW I got in as well. Maybe. Apparently some players who uses both KC3Kai and OOI, both are showing different results. Not sure which is the incorrect one.
