Bonus: Yoshiko (好子) is a fairly normal name, but the other names on the list are... special. Their names so-called "sparkly" names, where kanji were chosen in order to shoehorn an unusual (and "cool-sounding") pronunciation or meaning onto the poor child's name, an unfortunate trend among millennials in particular...

The one above her on the list is named 光宙, meaning light ("hika") and space ("chuu") and almost certainly with the intention of making the pronunciation "Pikachu". The next one is 今鹿 - now ("ima") and deer ("shika") - and as the ruby text indicates, the intended pronunciation is half-English and half-Japanese: now+shika = Nausicaa. The last one's parents have accomplished the dubious achievement of naming their poor child what I can only assume is 振門体 - shake ("furu"), gate ("mon"), body ("tei") - or FULL MONTY.

This is also a joke in that her copy of the roster got screwed up by the copy machine.

    Keep going just like that!
Well, let's see... next up is.... hmm...
Penis! Ellen has rather disastrously misread the name "Shinpo" as "chinpo" ("penis")...
    Miss Penis!
