Does the new one keep the old one's memories? If not, the new one might not be interested in Reimu anyway, even if Reimu were willing.

From what I understand, they keep the previous generations' memories, but each reincarnation is still an individual.
However, Aoshima has recently decided that in this AU, the Hieda women have been dating the Hakurei mikos for a few generations already, so there was never really room for Remilia to begin with.
