That's more physical than purification.

I think that the Moriya shrine gods seriously need to investigate Kogasa-san and purge this curse, though.

I would've voted for Kasen, but Shiki only punishes you after you die, unlike the others.

It's not like forecasts like "a month in advance" have any amount of reliability in general - they're very much a guess, and as guesses tend to do, there's a 50% chance of being right with yes/no answers, like "will it rain".
