This is the.. costume she wore during the gym battle with Ash (Satoshi) in the non-H manga "The Electric Tales of Pikachu"

It was done by a hentai artist (cant remember his name). It was a pretty good manga I have to admit.

In the manga Pikachu's name was 'Jean Luc Pikachu' I wonder who he was imitating :P
