But they all have literally nothing to do with each other. Like, have Remilia and Okuu even met outside of Soku (and even then only in non-canon multiplayer fights)? Both of them don't know Junko and she doesn't know them either.

These are just the artist's favorite girls. It says so in the original twitter post. Tenshi is his favorite, followed by Okuu, then Junko.
