    With it being Dark-type and those glowing eyes, I can't help to think it could be voiced by Tomomichi Nishimura a.k.a. Akuma (and Bison) in the SF Alpha trilogy.

    I could definitely see Bisharp saying "Messastsu!" before doing a Shun Goku Satsu.
