Traum Märchen Literally "Dream Fairy Tale" in German. Although メルヘン (meruhen) is used as a loanword in Japanese and also means "fairy tale", this combination of Traum and Märchen seems to be a recent Japanese coinage (potentially by the author, as I couldn't find an instance of the exact Japanese phrase prior to the publication of this doujinshi). However, the reverse order, Märchentraum, does appear in German.
