Well, Kitakami isn't a torpedo cruiser yet, if she's wearing that outfit. Otherwise, I think she holds the record for most consistently getting MVP for me.

CLTs are just too good, it seems. Are there any other potential ones, or are the 3 Kuma-class grads the only ones?

Only those three can become actual CLTs (as of moment of writing). That said, ABKM Kai-2 can use Kouhyoutekis, despite being technically still classified as a CL.

I also never took off my Murakumo, in fact she was in my main fleet so long despite constant rearranging she ended up being my first Kai Ni.
