That poster comes from the official StrikerS fanbook, so yeah, it's canon. I guess this is 7Arc's way of leveling the playing field after the severe imbalance of Nano/Fate vs Nano/Yuuno fanservice in StrikerS.

Are you kidding? With the way 7Arcs deliberately teases both the NxF and the NxY fans? There's no way they'll ever decide on one and completely alienate the other group. That's what fanfiction is for.
Nothing confirmed really, but it's been mentioned a few times on the Nanoha board on Animesuki that StrikerS has been way more popular in Japan than Classic or A's, which were apparently only moderately popular. Figurines of the main cast are due out on the market by this fall, or so I've heard.
