No anime of her. She is just one of the "singers" in Vocaloid. You can find songs made with that program in Youtube if you want. But there is a manga of it and the info can be found in wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maker_Hik%C5%8Dshiki_Hatsune_Mix
And prolly she is popular just because of her looks, thats quite oblivious imo.
