When you find images like these, instead of or in addition to a comment, set the original as the parent.

Well, I guess if one gets flagged, then the other one, too.
Both have the same problems.

This one has better edges and much less compression, but still isn't something I'll stand to defend. The added frills are pretty blurry and the outline doesn't match up.

That's right. My upload is the worse upload here, but we'll see, although I've less hope for both (since they also are third party edits).
