Mufasa is just Arturia continuing to live and taking on Rhongomyniad as her main weapon when Bedivere failed to throw Excalibur into the lake. Greatly being influenced by the spear and becoming more divine, she's less Arturia at this point and more Goddess Rhongomyniad.
Arturia Lancer Alter is the Rhongomyniad wielding Arturia rejecting the divinity the spear was giving her in order to remain human. Somehow or another, Lancer Alter is not actually a corrupted servant at all despite her looks, the way Saber Alter is.
Lancer Arturia is simply an alternate version of Arturia that mains Rhongomyniad and has no connection to Mufasa.
