Contest, round 2 for cynical-singularity's official contest journal.
Needed to draw a Kingdra any ways i like.

So i decided to put my obsessed Touhou-minded ideas into it and drew Minamitsu Murasa from the latest Touhou series, diving with Kingdra and a lil Horsea.

Underwater was a challenge for me and i needed to do research after research. Finally, with this outcome~ :D (Big Grin)
