This seems to be a response to something or other. The large panel is 'I'm still fresh and new!' (indicating virgin). Then the small panel is 'Oh, you were talking about figures' 'I would be really happy if you would forget what I just said...'.
Lack of context makes putting in a translation kind of awkward.
