Can't id the girl on Yura's rigging. She's too dressed to be Shimakaze or Yukikaze - and as far as we know, only those three (Hoppo, Shimakaze, Yukikaze) are chibi in this strip.

The uniform looks like a Mutsuki-class one.

Doesn't quite look like Satsuki due to lack of obvious twintails. Could be Minazuki.
