One easy way to pick out a nude filter (especially a jpg) is to take the picture and jack the contrast
In this case, you can clearly see that the edited parts have very smooth shading compared to the original. Additionally, the edited regions clearly cover the regions where the swimsuit was.

But what about the editions water droplets on the body that aren't in the original image could it have been done by the original artist.
