What's that fleshy bead where the vaginal opening is supposed to be? Also, the vagina is shifted far too backwards, the sphincter would be overlapping with the vagina in this case.

I think that is supposed to be the clitoris. But that is...well...off. Its definitley too far back and too 'squashed'
