For some reason I got this idea that Kiso will take her towel off to wipe up the blood and bandage him, only to realize he can see she's naked now.
It's a long shot, but I'm calling it.
She goes "trance mode" when she senses he's in danger, but that would only likely happen if he fainted, or something. So, yeah, there's a possibility of that. I'd be more willing to put my money on "goes rushing for the medics carrying him through the hallways without putting anything else on, first," though, with a possible "loses the towel along the way" (followed by fatal injuries to the patient when he wakes up and sees it).
