I'm going to chalk this one up as "Poor Communication Kills" because, once again, there is ZERO reason for her to lie about or hide this from people she knows she can trust and would help her, other than that she has to hold the idiot ball to ensure she gets humiliated about this, later.

Also, Kuma (here) already ships Kiso and the admiral so much that she tried to strip her sister naked in front of her guy in public with hopes of getting a reaction from him. If Kuma caught Kiso naked in the baths with the admiral (bloody aftermath aside), she would never let her live it down. Her wish to protect her future pride may not be misplaced.

"Help me Nee-san! He walked in on me, then dogenza-ed so violently he hit his head and now he's unconscious!" Is a true statement, which also helps defend against future suspicions, is a valid way to dodge responsibility, and will garner assistance. It also doesn't involve leaving the guy she likes and will go into berzerker mode to protect to bleed to death in the tub she's currently basically bathing in. (And on the slim chance Kuma or Tama doesn't pounce and discover Admiral after this, she's sure to flip out on her own after checking Admiral's condition, and do something even more extreme...)

The simple fact that she's trying to hide it only makes it more suspicious, and makes it more likely for Kuma to both investigate, and assume something risque when she finds Admiral since she's, you know, nearly naked and in the same bath right now.

Yes because that's how this Kiso acts, cool, calm, and able to be her true self. And we all know people never make rash decisions when panicked.

She's already demonstrated on multiple occasions that she's capable of ignoring future embarrassment when it comes to ensuring the Admiral's safety, (I.E. taking off her parka,) and it's established that her default setting is to go running to her older sisters, especially Tama, (to the point that it's Tama's only role in this story,) for help in a panic... so this is totally playing against type. The "run naked through the halls with Admiral only to realize what she's doing once most of the way there" idea is a more in-character panic.

It always amazes me just how many people clearly go on either Tv Tropes or All The Tropes on this site. Danbooru is barely related to either of them, if at all.
