It's her Four of a Kind card skill, but the guy is portraying them as having their own personality, each one with a different spice, if you catch my drift. 😉

This makes some sense because in my mind what renders her unstable is due to the fact that she had multipersonality disorder and when she uses that spellcard she is temporalily cured of it and I guess when Flandre snapped she overloaded her spellcard meaning her other personalities finally got their own bodies for real.
