Actually it's not that muddled. The only thing that is visibly muddled is their faces, but the rest of the body is fine.

If this really is an upscaled picture(?) like @CodeKyuubi said then this should at least go through the queue, especially if the child post is deleted.

To be honest, I don't know the reason why the child post is deleted. It's an official art, without any tamper from 3rd party software, and no bad anatomy. The only thing lacking on it is the resolution.
