I was actually and pleasantly surprised this scene was in the anime. I mean it's a Super Super Rare occasion when a girl performs a pantyshot in video games. I think there's less than two occasions.. this one and Rakurakutei_Ramen's 4koma strip.
Also normally in game pantyshots are painful to look at because they seem to be riding up in a truly painful & torturous way. The ones seen here looks to be rendered perfectly in that 3D section of the anime and I want the Illusion H-game company to take notes.

Depending on the developer/publisher, this is actually something testers are trained to look for ever since the leap to 3D. Whether its a "bug" or a "feature" depends on the company with (similarly passive/extreme measures taken.)
