Could be a stretchy penis... although I'm having a hard time trying to picture the curve Hibiki would need to do Akatsuki. Maybe an L shape or something?

I know this artist is known for doing futa work but, their positions are completely wrong for it to be futa. Removing the implied_futanari tag.
