This is a little much for me to translate, (at least unless nobody else is stepping up,) but the basic plot of this arc is that the ponytail guy shocks lady scientist Himuro by saying that her love is no match for the love generated by anime characters, because they are loved by more people. De facto boyfriend scientist Yukimura then "comes to the rescue" by stating that a real girlfriend is better than flitting about between idols. (Cue "realfags die in a fire"?)
