The bikini is a reference to Z3 summer clothing, when it comes to cosplays we tag:

1) To who is cosplaying: z3_max_schultz_(kantai collection)_(cosplay)

2) The character who uses the cosplay: tanikaze_(kantai_collection)

3) And the original character who belongs the cosplay: z3_max_schultz_(kantai collection)

Thats why you will not see some characters, even when we tag them in the image.
