Probably the outfit that Noire's wearing, since she's wearing the PS4 outfit (the one that has a star-like shape that holds the jewel in the middle of her chest bow).

Except she's been wearing that since the first game.

The artist has it tagged for Victory 2 as well, but nothing in this pic has anything specifically to do with that game.
I don't recall any CG scene or part in the game that this could be. It would be awesome if this was in the game but sadly the yuri doesn't go that far.

Yep. Nep games are more about the teasing. Maybe someday Compa and IF will take it to the next level.
