the image isn't about moe, it's about the image. and there is more done than just a veiny dick.

The ears, ahoge, and tail removed, the brown haze turned black, hair shortened with jagged new flat black lines, chest flattened, a bit of lip erased to be drool, the ground made blue, and the background made yellow with a fill tool that somewhat murdered the outlines. All somewhat overshadowed by the veiny dick.
