According to 4gamer, the character designer for majo to hyakkihei 2 is 花城まどか (Hanashiro Madoka, as far as I can find). Pending any evidence to the contrary, I'm changing the majo_to_hyakkihei_2 harada_takehito posts to hanashiro madoka.
