Both would translate well, but I personally regard them as fairies.
Also, in case if you're wondering why are there so many Violas, Viola uses a chibi army of herself during her skill activation. They would also randomly appear when she walks, with a chibi Violet among them.

Yep, except Viola has nothing to do with density. She doesn't have super strength, but her pico hammer packs a punch (since she's a 6 star).
