The Arcade game confirms Anchorage Hime without her Oni rigging is about twice the height of battleship girls.
In this picture, considering the implied distance and fact she seems several times the height of an actual warship, she seems closer to 100m tall, so I still think this goes way beyond any canon.

I doubt it. That's her normal turret in her left hand, and the lights are standard port/starboard running lights for ships.
I guess this is some sort of dramatization? Like Prince of Tennis showing the extinction of the dinosaurs suddenly to metaphorically say the serve was really fast, it's just some way of making Naganami seem cool?
