This looks like it's from the extras video that was put in with the Disgaea 2 OP torrent, I think that's actually from the game or an extra on the disc. It's a hilarious video, Flonne & Etna end up torturing the main guy from the first game while the main characters from Disgaea 2 look on in shock. ^_^
There is an anime being made though, I think it comes out this spring. :)
yeah it is from the extras when you pass something in the dark assembly i forgot what one flone(who is fallen angel flone in disgaea 2 for those who dont know) and etna beat teh hell out of laharal for like 2 minutes and adell and crew watch in shock and awe at the brutal display
To clear up this in a more refined manner, in Disgaea 2, you can pass a Bill to fight Laharl towards the end of the game. If you win (he's over level 1000) Flonne joins your party after a "dynamic" anime sequence Laharl uses to try and steal the role of main character. Flonne and Etna get angry at Laharl's stage-hogging and uses the animation to brutalize him in horrible ways (including Flonne giving the evil eye, while brandishing claws, tentacles, drills, etc. saying "This anime is really deranged, isn't it?")
By comparison, the Disgaea anime takes place during the first game, so Flonne would not be in her Fallen Angel form.
