Are you sure this character is from akeiro kaikitan? Her picture does not appear on the games homepage nor was it on any other site i could find.
She is from Akeiro Kaikitan, she's the "ghost of the old school building" mentioned in the official description. The CG itself is from a special route available after finishing all the main routes.
