Where did you find this one? As far as I know, it isn't part of the original game or expansion.

Found it on some lolicon board. Have no idea where the poster got it from.

That's from the expansion.

But (at least I think) have the expansion... can you tell me the name of that expansion?

When you start up the game, there should be a version number in the bottom right.
If you have the expansion, it should say "Add Edition Version 1.1"
