She's overheated to the point where her brain seems to be suffering a meltdown.

I think that is more in disbelief rather than deafness.

The "you are going to do what now?" since she's gone from "it is okay to look" to "I'm going to strip until you will have to look".

Anytime now, Kuma or Tama will show up... but would she be saving the admiral from her sister-in-heat, or would she be saving Kiso by egging on the admiral to j-j-j-jam it in?

It's like worst thing for guy if you look you're perv if you don't look she will do even worse things I guess, I wouldn't mind getting Kiso like that but this is manga so I guess next page will make everything clear, just guessing Kuma will do something not sure what she could do but she will do it, maybe hit Admiral in head and make him forget this?

Well, for the sake of MY sanity I'll just pretend this TTK bats for the other team and Kiso is the dense one, until this author finally sets things, err, straight.
