Yurika Misumaru from Martian Successor Nadesico

In the event of Prince of Darkness,she was kidnapped by a group named Martian Successor,and became a subject of human experiments.The experiments end up granted her superhuman intelligence and physical abilities,but it also enhanced her negative emotions.Her helpless feeling soon became the hatred toward humanity.She started to grow a thought about rule mankind with her new power.

After Yurika saved from Biocomputer from Mars.She acted like a love lady she used to be.But in fact,she became a ruthless and cold woman.She secretly took control some parts of Federation and Nergal Heavy Industries.Then she force the survivors of  Martian Successor to work for her,and started new experiments based on their old data.

When everything was ready,Yurika ordered her followers to start a coup against the Federation.She then kidnapped Ruri Hoshino by herself,and combined her into a new Biocomputer.With Ruri's power,Yurika soon took over the whole network on the earth,and her followers soon crippled all the resistance against her.

Finally,Yurika sit on her new "throne",and broadcasted her massage all over the world:Humanity is foolish,and can only bring doom to itself.They need a leader,a person who above all of them,to guide and control them.Now,with all the efforts to oppose her are fall under her knee,She,Yurika Misumaru,proclaim herself as a new ruler of the humanity.
