Although they call it half ghost, they don't mean the pourcentage of ghost inside of Youmu. It's a hereditary trait that either passes on or not, they can't get stuff like 1/4 or 3/4 ghosts.

She hasn't been introduced much like the parents of most touhous. It's a (double) miracle that Youki even got mentionned in the first place!

Just because people see Youki as a father to Youmu doesn't mean he has to be old. Heck, Yukari is at least 1200 years old and look at her.

Second "humanoid" male, technically, he's like the third male character introduced.

But, he's only mentioned in the manual, and it's not established what his link is to Youmu other than "master." He could be her father, grandfather, or just another clansman. Further, with no official art, he could literally look like anything. So, yeah.

Also, and I'm actually curious, who was the second male introduced? I thought Genji was the only other male before Youki. If you mean Rinnosuke, he was introduced one year after PCB, when Youki was mentioned.

Oh right thanks for the clear up, and he is the second introduced male, unless you thing of Rika's tanks as "Male"

The first male (humanoid) character in all Touhou games is the third form of Shingyoku, the very first boss of Highly Responsive to Prayers. Males (non-humanoid) after him are Genji and Sokrates (yes, Sokrates).
