I don't know where are you from but in my country teachers are among people with the lowest social status and therefore no young woman with higher education and good looks would join that group. Unless she is crazy, but alas, the system doesn't like when you're too much of an individualist, shine and be popular among the students.
My 9th grade English teacher was hotter than this. She was 24 or 26 years old. She used to flirt with me and had I not been so self-conscious at the time, I might've entertained it. =\
I agree with Taicho. I went through 12 years of school plus 8 of college and never even had a teacher anywhere near this level. Hell, I never even saw a student that was attractive... I guess I just went to a bum school district =/
