It's not recommended to translate like this. Japanese is very context-reliant, so if you don't know a part of what is being said there's a chance you'll get the meaning wrong. It's already considered a little risky to translate only a few bubbles in a image, translating half the bubble is probably something one should not do.

By the way, the "セイバー、いいのか？" here holds the meaning of "is it fine, saber?", since it is followed by "wasn't there a important event going on right now?"
