I'm all for Kuma-Ushio sisterly bonds, but... it does remind me that Kuma's (and most of Ushio's) sisters haven't made it to this base yet. ...this fleet is really lacking in quantity, huh? (They definitely made it up with quality and FIREPOWER though).
Ushio, like Yamakaze, is everyone's (who doesn't have a sadistic/bullying streak) little sister.
